ACYD Founder, Henry Makeham, stresses the importance of forthright Sino-US dialogue to promote the rule of law in an innovative Harvard Law School course on ‘China’s Role in a World in Flux’. Taught by Professor William P. Alford of Harvard Law School and Alonzo Emory of Renmin University Law School, the course is an international first where US-based and China-based law students explore — via videoconference — the opportunities and challenges that a rising China presents to the international political and legal order.
