The Australia China Youth Dialogue (ACYD) is excited to announce that it will host its 11th Dialogue in Hobart, Australia from Friday the 23 to Monday the 26 of July 2021.
The 11th dialogue will have an overarching theme of Global Responsibility, and each day will focus on a particular topic including geopolitics, trade and investment, sustainability, the arts.
Taking place alternatively between major cities in Australia and China since 2010, the ACYD is the preeminent interdisciplinary early career leaders’ dialogue between Australia and China and aims to promote meaningful discussion amongst those interested in furthering Australia-China relations. Delegates selected to participate in this initiative are accomplished individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds. They have demonstrated a sustained commitment to public service, outstanding academic credentials, and leadership experience in their respective fields. By this measure, The ACYD is of vital importance to the development of the Australia-China relationship.
Applications to join the 11th ACYD are open to all Australians and Chinese citizens between the ages of 25 and 40. Applications can be accessed via acyd.org.au/take-action until 19 April 20201.
Our response to Covid-19
The ACYD acknowledges some uncertainties may arise regarding travel restrictions due to COVID-19. It is encouraged that applicants take this into consideration when applying. The ACYD considers the safety of its delegation of utmost importance and will ensure appropriate measures are taken in response to any changes that may occur in the lead up to the Dialogue.

中澳⻘年对话⾮常⾼兴地宣布，第⼗⼀届对话将于2021年7⽉23⽇（星期五）⾄7⽉26⽇（星期⼀）于澳⼤利亚霍巴特举⾏。
第⼗⼀届对话将以“全球责任”为总体主题，每天将重点关注特定议题，包括地缘政治，贸易与投资、可持续性、艺术。
⾃2010年以来，中澳⻘年对话在澳⼤利亚和中国的主要城市之间交替进⾏，是澳⼤利亚和中国之间杰出的跨学科早期职业领袖对话，旨在促进有兴趣进⼀步发展澳中关系的⼈们进⾏有意义的讨论。被选中参加该计划的代表是来⾃不同背景的有成就的个⼈。他们表现出对公共服务的持续承诺、杰出的学术造就和各⾃领域的领导经验。因此，中澳⻘年对话对于澳中关系发展⾄关重要。
第⼗⼀届中澳⻘年对话的申请⾯向25⾄40岁的所有澳⼤利亚和中国公⺠。2021年4⽉19⽇前可访问 acyd.org.au/take-action进⾏报名。
